These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Veritest services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

The Services are offered on subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless canceled before renewal. Plan pricing and limits are listed on the Pricing page.

4. Trial Terms

Paid plans include a 14-day trial and require a valid payment method to start. If not canceled before the trial ends, the paid subscription will begin automatically.

5. Payment Processing and Taxes

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Applicable taxes may be charged based on your billing location and applicable law.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 14 days of the first successful payment. After 14 days, refunds may be granted in full or in part at our discretion. See the Refund Policy for details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including unauthorized access, unlawful use, or interference with service operations.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, content, and branding, are owned by Veritest, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veritest, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Kentucky, USA, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
